Key Financial Role

Our organization is seeking an accomplished financial professional to lead our accounting function and support our business growth.

The role involves taking ownership of our general ledger processes, overseeing key financial activities such as monthly project costing and departmental reporting, and managing R&D tax rebate submissions.

As a seasoned finance leader, you will drive continuous improvement of our financial policies and procedures, while serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and consultants.

Requirements
  • A highly capable and experienced finance professional with a strong background supporting Australian businesses.
  • A Bachelor degree in commerce and/or accounting and CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Existing Financial Controller or Finance Manager with 10+ years experience supporting an Australian based business.
  • A strong working knowledge of Australian payroll and GST legislation.
  • Proven experience managing offshore teams and building relationships with stakeholders across a business.

You will work closely with our leadership team to provide critical financial insights that drive our business forward.
