Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead our design execution and contribute to future innovations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX and visual design execution for roadmap features.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Testers to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Ensure all designs meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
Design System and Collaboration:
  • Contribute to the development of our design system by supporting the creation of visual and interactive design components.
  • Participate in early-stage design explorations and concept prototyping for AI-driven innovation.
  • Help shape design vision decks and communicate strategic opportunities through compelling visuals.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, consistency, and craft.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI-driven design innovation.
