Brand Manager Position Overview

Our company is seeking a skilled Brand Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Other Details
  • Work location: Main office located in Dasmariñas, Cavite. However, frequent travel to affiliated companies in General Trias, Trece Martires, Imus, GMA, Naic, Silang, and San Pedro, Laguna may be required.
  • Work schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
  • Work-from-home arrangement every Saturday, unless onsite presence is required by the company.
  • Upon regularization, the employee will be entitled to two work-from-home days per week.
  • Mid-Senior level position within the marketing and sales department.
  • Full-time employment type.
  • Job function includes marketing and sales activities.
