ROC.PH is a leading provider of digital marketing services, empowering startups and MSMEs with limitless creative solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Creative Multimedia Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, graphic design, UI/UX design, and multimedia projects, with the chance to work closely with industry professionals and grow within a dynamic team.

This structured program runs from 6 months to 1 year, with a training allowance that increases every two (2) months, based on performance and learning milestones.

Trainees will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Management, Web Development, and Client Services. As you grow, you'll move from supporting solo tasks to leading a group of trainees, developing leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design & Multimedia:

    • Design compelling visuals for both print and digital platforms.

    • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various creative projects.

    • Design website layouts, landing pages, and mobile app interfaces with an emphasis on user-friendly, engaging experiences.

    • Collaborate with developers to translate UI/UX designs into fully functional websites and applications.

    • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools to produce high-quality visuals.

    • Assist in video editing tasks for marketing campaigns and client content.

  2. UI/UX Design:

    • Improve user interfaces for websites and applications to enhance overall user experience.

    • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for upcoming projects.

    • Ensure designs are consistent with branding guidelines and are visually appealing.

  3. Content Creation & Copywriting:

    • Produce engaging written content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

    • Work with the content team to ensure consistency and brand alignment in written materials.

    • Collaborate with the Project Virtual Assistant and Customer Success Team to support content marketing strategies.

    • Provide copywriting support for client acquisition, retention, and marketing efforts.

  4. Data Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support content creation and campaign strategies.

    • Collaborate with the Data Analyst to present insights that inform marketing decisions and content strategies.

  5. Client Services & Marketing Support:

    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for clients.

    • Track and analyze competitive activity and trends in the market.

    • Participate in meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or a graduating student in Multimedia Arts, Information Technology (I.T.), Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or other design and multimedia tools.

  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and excellent communication skills.

  • Basic experience in content creation, writing, or design is preferred.

  • Understanding of branding, marketing, and digital communications.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new creative challenges.

  • Must have access to a personal computer and internet for remote work (if applicable).
