Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance-related tickets submitted through Salesforce, engaging with employees to assess inquiries and gather relevant information.
  • Triaged cases, evaluating the nature of each issue and determining the appropriate course of action.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to validate information and seek subject-matter input.
  • Maintain clear intake logs for audit and reporting purposes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, compliance support, or case management.
  • Familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven critical thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
