Job Title: Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist

Serve as a key member of our cybersecurity team, responsible for tailoring protocols to support client security journeys.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing risk assessments and projects within the security program.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operations and develop tailored security policies and procedures.
  • Provide security education and serve as a subject matter expert on our security platform.
  • Design and deploy phishing tests for clients.
  • Support compliance audit readiness and provide training to team members.
  • Implement and manage Vanta or similar GRC platforms for clients.
  • Develop tools and techniques to automate processes and scale implementation efforts.
  • Document best practice procedures for commonly used technologies.
  • Identify system misconfigurations and provide recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Security Technologies, Information Security, Business Resilience, Technology Risk or related fields.
  • External-facing client experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to resolve challenges and overcome roadblocks.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with clients and internal audiences.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity domains, including Security Operations and Information Risk Management.
  • Articulation of secure best practices in people, processes, and technology.
  • Strong writing and summarization skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt security best practices to various technologies.
