This role offers the opportunity to work with the Buildings Team, collaborating with the BIM team to deliver accurate and correct drawings, calculations, and analysis for assigned projects.

As a graduate, you'll transition from academic learning to real-world applications, working on diverse projects that challenge your problem-solving skills and creativity. This role provides a structured environment where you can develop your technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and receive mentorship from experienced engineers.

Your Role in Our Team

  • Create parametric models for analysis and documentation, ensuring consistency across disciplines.
  • Provide project teams with essential engineering information and data from the project.
  • Develop BIM deliverables according to industry, project, and company standards.
  • Implement automation on projects wherever feasible, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance to industry and project standards regarding building elements and levels of development.
  • Support colleagues in developing their skills and expertise.
  • Delegate and oversee key tasks and activities of team members when necessary.
  • Deliver projects according to agreed-upon timelines and quality expectations.
  • Present the team in internal meetings.
  • Maintain open communication with project leads regarding drawings and model status.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience in 2D drawing production and 3D parametric modeling of project information models.
  • Expertise in multi-discipline (MEPF) modeling and its applications.
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM and design review tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Dynamo programming skills are desirable but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of BIM software interoperability with other engineering design tools.
  • Preference given to those with experience in BIM360 and ProjectWise setup.
  • Familiarity with basic engineering concepts and principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
