About the Role

The Cluster Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations of assigned clusters, ensuring optimal performance, profitability, and compliance across multiple branches. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cluster Management
  • Manages daily sales initiatives of multiple branches to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of executions.
  • Ensures all branches within assigned clusters achieve sales excellence, dealer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
  • Develops, manages, and monitors cluster budgets and ensures expenditures remain within limits.
  • Implements cost-saving measures and optimizes resource allocation.
Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets across clusters.
  • Drives revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Monitors sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Dealer Management and Engagement
  • Monitors implementation and effectiveness of intentional activities, dealer recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Ensures dealer incentives and rewards programs are uniformly executed within clusters.
Compliance and Leadership
  • Ensures all cluster employees consistently adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Makes sure all branches are compliant with local and national regulatory requirements.
  • Manages, trains, and supervises direct reports.
