Dynamic Animation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamic Animation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their animation work and experience in motion graphics, visual effects, and design principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content. They will translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics, add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed, and enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
  • Translating storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Adding life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Enhancing videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset
