This is an exciting career opportunity for a highly skilled Executive Assistant with Paralegal or Law Firm experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Organize and prepare legal documents, contracts, NDAs, and memos.
- Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across different time zones.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate with legal counsel or firm staff on case progress and requirements.
- A minimum of three years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- A background or experience working in a law firm or handling paralegal duties is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree or certificate in paralegal studies, business administration, or any related field (required).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level).
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
