About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Finance Team. The key role involves maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Verify and process employee reimbursements while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve variances during month-end close.
  • Support Value Added Tax (VAT) and corporate tax filings.
  • Track expenses and recommend cost-control improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Certified Public Accountant preferred).
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting).
  • Experience with both Australian and US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) & local accounting standards.
  • Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
