Responsibilities

  • Analysing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) of public and private companies and inputting required data into credit analysis systems.
  • Screening loan agreements and understanding applicable financial covenants.
  • Preparing reports for lending teams across the globe on overdue ratings, covenants, and financials.
  • Conducting background research independently to understand sector drivers and perform risk assessments.
  • Developing credit, analytical, and technical skills while gaining hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred - ideally in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, but can be in another discipline with strong accounting knowledge.
  • Work experience should be in financial services involving corporate or institutional lending.
  • Solid understanding of company financial statements.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
