Job Overview

This role requires a multi-talented content creator, social media manager, and creative problem solver to drive business growth through engaging content. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social content for a brand, creating short-form video using AI and/or traditional tools, and strong written communication and copywriting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels.
  • Research trending topics, hooks, and formats that align with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Write compelling hooks, scripts, and captions designed to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality content using available assets or collaborating with existing footage.
  • Utilize AI tools like HeyGen, Kling AI, Runway ML, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva to streamline production processes.
  • Create and repurpose content across various formats (reels, carousels, shorts, thumbnails).
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms and content formats.
  • Analyze performance data and iterate content for growth and optimization.
  • Schedule and publish posts at optimal times.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering audience growth.
Ideal Experience:
  • 2–5 years of experience managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow followers, views, or engagement across social platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
