Master Tooling Craftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Tooling Craftsman to join our team at Camel Appliances Manufacturing Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and repairing complex molds and tooling.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in mold making, die-casting, and metal stamping. You will work closely with our engineering team to design and develop new tooling, and ensure that all manufactured products meet the highest quality standards.

• Design and create new tooling for molds, die-casting, and metal stamping according to specifications.
• Maintain and repair existing tooling and molds to ensure optimal performance.
• Create prototype products, fixtures, and jigs to test the effectiveness of newly created tooling.
• Analyze and correct mold malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Disassemble mold tooling for cleaning and repairs to extend its lifespan.
• Operate and maintain lathe and milling machines to produce high-quality components.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent manual dexterity, wrist-finger speed, and arm-hand steadiness to handle precision tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Good active learning, time management, communication, and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
