Master Pastry Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Baker to join our team as a Master Pastry Craftsman. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries and other sweet treats that meet our exceptional quality standards.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production of pastries and baked goods. This will involve:

• Developing and implementing efficient pastry-making processes to meet customer demand
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of high school education or equivalent
• NCII Bread and Pastry TESDA certificate (preferable)
• At least 6 months of experience as a Pastry Baker or Pastry Staff
• Familiarity with baking techniques and the pastry-making process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 35,000 - 45,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
