Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing delivery operations across multiple client accounts. This entails managing a team of Project Managers and coordinating with design, development, and QA leads to ensure seamless resource alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple client projects across web, mobile, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Project Managers and delivery staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and QA leads to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor timelines, milestones, blockers, and proactively escalate risks when necessary.
  • Act as a key client contact for delivery-related updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve delivery processes and team capabilities.
  • Contribute to client reporting and forecasting for delivery pipelines.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure delivery expectations are aligned from day one.
  • Embody a 'can-do' attitude in everyday problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in operations management, project management, or digital operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional digital teams (developers, PMs, QA, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery practices.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to switch between high-level planning and hands-on issue resolution.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience working with international clients or remote delivery teams.
  • Bonus: Experience in digital agencies or staff augmentation environments.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI and its application to boost productivity.
