We're seeking an accomplished Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our existing automation workflows.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our n8n workflows that drive high-volume candidate screening, scoring, and interview processing. You will work closely with our founders and technical lead to refine the stability and troubleshoot issues.

This is a core operational function, commencing at 10 hours per week with potential for growth. You will have ownership over an interesting product that will evolve with time and collaborate directly with our technical team.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail when testing automations and excellent problem-solving skills across webhooks, HTTP requests, GraphQL, authentication headers, and JSON.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with n8n, including building and debugging complex workflows
  • Able to read and write JavaScript and understand low-code/no-code logic
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and APIs in general
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
