Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality designs, optimize digital files and ensure precise color accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and optimize digital files for print and web output by ensuring they meet the required specifications.
  • Manage a library of design assets, ensuring timely access and efficient retrieval.
  • Perform pre-press checks and execute layout adjustments to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate to Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are essential for this role.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for producing high-quality designs.
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills are necessary for meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.
System Requirements:

Main Device (Computer or Laptop): Processor: Intel i3-10th gen and above or AMD counterpart. RAM: 8 GB (16 GB preferred). Storage: 256 GB (500 GB to 1 TB extra storage preferred). GPU: 2 GB (4 GB preferred).

Backup Device: Processor: Core i3 or Ryzen 3 and above (5th Gen) or AMD equivalent. RAM: 4 GB. Storage: 112 GB. Internet Connectivity: 10 MBPS.
