Job Title: Visual Content Creator

We are seeking a talented Visual Content Creator to join our team.

  • Design and develop a wide range of visual content, including:
  1. Branding Materials: logos, style guides, visual identity
  2. Print Materials: flyers, business cards, packaging, book covers
  3. Digital Media: web pages, UI elements, email graphics, social media assets
  4. Ads: display banners, lead magnets, promos
  5. Presentations and Infographics
  • Utilize AI tools to speed up ideation and improve creative output
  • Collaborate with designers, squad leads, and quality analysts to deliver consistent designs
  • Interpret client briefs with clarity and professionalism
  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and AI developments
  • Manage time efficiently across multiple design requests daily
Requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in web and graphic design, ideally remote agency or client-facing setup
  • Advanced English communication skills (writing and reading), B2 level or higher
  • Strong portfolio showcasing versatility, originality, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in:
  1. Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  2. Figma, including mastery of Auto Layout
  3. Canva
  4. Bonus: AI design tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Freepik AI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive web design
  • Reliable computer setup: Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, 16GB RAM
  • High-speed, stable internet with backup plan
  • Helpful attitude toward design feedback
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, fully remote team environment
  • Willingness to undergo Bootcamp before being officially hired
