Job Opportunity:
">The Lease Contracts Administrator will play a pivotal role in streamlining the end-to-end lease documentation process. This entails preparing, reviewing, and managing lease-related documents in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
">- Draft and process lease documents, including Equipment Lease Schedules (ELS), Purchase Orders (POs), Acceptance Certificates (ACs), and Amendments using CRM and document management tools
- Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details prior to finalizing documents
- Maintain compliance with internal SLAs and documentation standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize standardized templates and ensure dual-language compliance when necessary
Essential Requirements:
">- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role
- Experience with document management, processing, and creation is an asset
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
