Job Description:

As a key member of the TASQ Staffing Solutions team, the Pharmacy Benefit Management Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and supporting pharmacy programs and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US healthcare, with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field. A degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy or a healthcare-related discipline, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage RxC programs and solutions, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication among team members and partner vendors.
* Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of pharmacy benefit plan documents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Facilitate audit projects of PBM performance, analyzing and comparing vendor products, services, and contracts to optimize results.
* Collaborate closely with North American colleagues to deliver exceptional client service, building strong relationships and driving cross-functional team success.

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience in US healthcare, with a focus on pharmacy or PBM background preferred.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requirements and projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Familiarity with North America-based pharmacy benefit programs is highly desirable.
