Financial Operations Specialist

As a skilled Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, reports, and statements.
Responsibilities- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong time management and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
