Bookkeeper Role Overview

As a skilled Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, reports, and statements.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
  3. Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  4. Generate timely and insightful financial reports for management review.
  5. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  6. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address financial queries and concerns.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced analytical skills.
  4. Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  8. Strong time management and adaptability skills.
  9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
