Job Opportunity
  • Job Title: Real Estate Sales Development and Admin Assistant

This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility in scheduling. The successful candidate will be able to work primarily on Tuesday-Saturday between 4 PM - 8 PM PST, with Saturday hours from 10 AM - 2 PM if possible.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls using provided scripts and a customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Schedule appointments and qualify leads by effectively communicating over the phone.
  • Build relationships with existing contacts and maintain regular communication.
  • Ensure accuracy in updating and maintaining the CRM database with client information.
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Execute follow-up email communications using provided templates.
  • Track and document all client interactions within the CRM system.
Scope of Work
  • Focus on outbound calls and appointment setting.
  • Post limited social media content (1-2 times per week).
  • No inbound call handling is required.
  • All work will be performed using the client's CRM system and other tools.
Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills, particularly for phone conversations.
  • Experience in real estate sales or appointment setting.
  • Ability to handle objections and qualify leads.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with social media posting and scheduling (pre-prepared content).
  • Professional and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to established processes.
