Additionally, you will qualify prospects and handle general inquiries pertaining to Blink solutions.
You will contribute to pre-sales and post-sale activities by understanding client needs and ensuring we provide them with the best solutions. You will also support the team through continuous administrative tasks and complete various client retention and up-selling projects.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and be part of a market leader in the area of CX and data science solutions.
