Dental Revenue Cycle Professional

This role is ideal for a skilled professional seeking to leverage their expertise in revenue cycle management within a dental practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Credentialing: Complete provider applications, ensure accuracy and completeness of provider data in the database, effectively communicate with the team throughout the credentialing process, and proactively follow up on application statuses and missing information.
- Billing and AR: Review all aspects of the revenue cycle process, investigate and resolve denied, delayed, or underpaid claims, monitor accounts receivable aging reports, analyze claim denials, and collaborate with dental providers and staff to gather necessary documentation.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dental billing and revenue cycle management, proficiency with dental billing software, strong understanding of insurance billing processes, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, and positive, patient, and professional demeanor.
- May be required to sit or stand for long periods, may be required to work more than 40 hours/week, and may involve repetitive motions.
