As a key member of our team, the Quality Assurance Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

The primary focus of this position is to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases that meet client needs. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing system specifications, conducting thorough testing before product launches, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure software meets quality standards">
  • Collaborate with development teams to plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures">
  • Engage in requirements review or story refinement to ensure alignment with business objectives">
  • Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinating with all team members">
  • Advocate for quality practices and articulate quality risks to stakeholders">
  • Coordinate feature-level integration testing with QA Lead">
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing">
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria">
  • Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately">

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester">
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaborating with Development teams">
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL">
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology">
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors">
