Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Professional

To ensure the highest quality of our platforms globally, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Quality Assurance Professional.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage localization projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, to ensure timely completion
  • Create and manage global multilingual content strategies to facilitate the delivery of high-quality translations for our platforms
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to various stakeholders to help them understand the translation workflows and how they can effectively utilize existing translation tools and processes
  • Collaborate with Product, Development Teams, and Quality Assurance to produce high-quality products and guarantee accessibility in all certified languages
  • Oversee Translation/Language requests in the queue and work with different cross-functional teams to put these tickets to closure
  • Maintain language-related pages to ensure information is updated
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of translation
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving translation processes
  • Work with external vendors and freelancers and assist in maintaining good relationships with these partners

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Able to work in varying schedules depending on business needs
  • Fluency in one language other than English is an advantage
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferably with experience working in different countries/cultures
  • With experience working with third-party vendors
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Quick understanding of business processes and requirements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various departments
