**IT Service Management Professional**

We are seeking three skilled ITSM specialists to support, configure, and enhance the IT service management platform. The role involves designing and improving ITSM processes, customizing the platform to meet business needs, and leveraging data analysis to drive continuous service improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support, configure, and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).
  • Design, develop, and enhance ITSM processes and workflows.
  • Customize the platform through business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, and data policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service delivery metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for process and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align service delivery with organizational goals.
  • Maintain system documentation, process definitions, and reporting procedures.
