  • Your Key Responsibilities: Review candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and determine whether candidates proceed to the next stage of the hiring process.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
  • Experience recruiting large volumes of candidates (e.g., 100 per month)
  • Flexibility to work night shifts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience using Workable preferred*
  • Experience hiring educators preferred*
  • Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to attract more candidates preferred*

Primary Duties:

  • Set up a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads, interview, and onboard candidates
  • Develop relationships with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to establish qualification criteria for future employees
  • Conduct candidate interviews and maintain a database of employees for future vacancies
  • Analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process
  • Recommend improvements or changes based on recruitment software performance and agency results
  • Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position
  • Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
