- Deliver high-quality, potentially releasable product increments in short iterations as part of a self-organizing, multi-functional Agile team.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
- Define test plans and strategies, and perform manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
- Craft and develop test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the SDLC.
- Integrate AI/ML-based tools to improve test coverage, predict defects, and generate intelligent test data.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
- Analyze test coverage and results, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and promote standard processes in testability and maintainability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
- Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities.
- Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
- Experience in automated and manual test script development and execution.
- Familiarity with Agile testing approaches like TDD/BDD and best practices such as exploratory testing and risk-based analysis.
- Experience in SAFe and/or Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Involvement in multi-tiered or complex system development.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Coded UI, Cucumber, Gherkin, Xamarin Test Cloud, TestFlight, SpecFlow.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Google Gemini.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language applied in desktop, mobile, and/or web development projects.
