Job Description

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our team. This role offers a mix of administrative, operational, and advisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled, proactive, and switched-on, bringing fresh eyes and ideas to help streamline and improve the way we work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, tasks, travel, and communications with high levels of organisation and discretion.
  • Supporting business operations, project tracking, client coordination, and capacity planning.
  • Confidently using tools like Office 365, Teams, VOIP, project software, and suggesting improvements using technology and artificial intelligence.
  • Highly organised, trustworthy, fast-learning, adaptable, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers, and ensuring clear and timely follow-ups.
  • Identifying priorities effectively, problem-solving independently, and managing competing tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English skills, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively. They should also be tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, task/project management tools, and customer relationship management systems.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role that requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, confidence, friendliness, and emotional intelligence, with a natural problem-solving attitude.
