Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to develop unique toy concepts that align with current trends and brand objectives. As a Lead Toy Creator, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs, 3D models, and prototypes using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative toy designs that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct user research and testing with children or parent focus groups to gather insights.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international toy safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Toy Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in toy or product design for children.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design process and final products.
  • Proficient in 2D and 3D design software.
  • Understanding of child psychology and play behavior.
