The Manpower Core Group Inc. is a leading provider of innovative staffing solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team and lead the development of new products and services.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the overall direction and strategy for our product development efforts, planning releases, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to deliver products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think strategically, and have a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. Additionally, you will need to have experience working with ServiceNow and a solid understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5-8 years of work experience, approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a product manager or service owner role, ITIL Service Manager certification or equivalent work experience, and 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience. You should also be able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period and have a working knowledge of Agile Development/Extreme programming methods.
