HR Leader

We are seeking a skilled HR Supervisor to join our team at Protege Logistics Philippines Inc.

• The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
• Able to formulate sound solutions to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) in the HR department.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• Well-versed in discipline and discharge processes to ensure fair treatment of employees.

• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention.
• Recruitment and Selection: Source, select, and onboard top talent to meet business needs.
• Performance Management: Design and deliver training programs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching to enhance employee productivity.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, compensation, and other employment-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
