Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing the baseline of customers through consistent product promotion and client prospecting and upselling opportunities.

This includes conducting product presentations, providing product training on Neogen Food Safety Products, and creating presentation materials.

The candidate will also perform actual product demonstrations, conduct product validations, and assist customers in performing parallel tests.

In addition, they will provide ancillary services to customers through seminars on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Basic Microbiology Course, Food Safety Culture, Environmental Monitoring Program, and SSOP.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish new ones
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Provide after-sales service to customers as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Business Management, or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of sales experience in the related field
  • Strong personal skills and technical skills with the ability to easily gain product knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills in Filipino and English
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and good influencing skills
