Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Commonwealth Foods products to various outlets within their assigned sales route, while also expanding our customer base by finding new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Commonwealth Foods products to outlets located within the assigned sales route/area.
- Conduct customer stock inventory checks, estimate their needs, and propose suitable stock volumes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet established targets.
Requirements:
- Marketing or Management graduate preferred, or at least 2 years of college-level education in any field with 1 year of experience in consumer sales.
- Valid professional driver's license with restriction codes 2 & 3.
- Excellent communication skills, professional conduct, and ability to work under pressure.
- Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated individual.
- Willingness to work in the assigned sales route and report to our main office.
Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 50,000 per month (estimated)
