Data Visualization Manager
As a Data Visualization Manager, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop performance-efficient, impactful reports and visualizations for business and technical audiences. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that correct and updated information on all dashboards and reports is available to the business at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing high-quality reports and visualizations that cater to the needs of both business and technical users.
- Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable for business decision-making.
- Improving and integrating data to meet business requirements.
- Responsible for data federation and ensuring seamless data integration.
- Creating and maintaining a reports' instruction manual for easy reference.
- Delivering data in a useful and appealing way to users through effective visualization.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI or other foundational Power BI applications like Power Pivot. Equivalent experience in SQL, Scripting, Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects can also be considered.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Power BI administration.
- 5+ years of exposure to ETL, databases/data warehouse related to developing reports using Power BI.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the 'bigger picture'.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Good attention to detail, critical thinking, and good communication skills are also required. - Ability to contribute proactively as part of a team.
