The Sr Marketing Analyst is responsible for auditing current and prospective clients' marketing performance reviewing both marketing-level KPIs CPS CVR CAC etc and business-level KPIs Gross Margin Net Margin Marginal LTV:CAC Ratio etc to diagnose the main business issue holding each brand back from growing.

Regardless of the diagnosis the Sr Marketing Analyst will recommend Modern Measurement techniques Marketing Mix Modeling Match Market Testing and other statistically-driven solutions to alleviate the business problem identified.

Responsibilities include diagnosing reviewing business and marketing KPIs determining growth constraints research learning about the prospective client their industry vertical similar clients competitors ideal customer profile sentiment etc analysis interpreting Marketing Mix Models proposing recommendations to optimize the marketing program based on those results and planning determining the best budget allocation by channel medium environment objective and stage in the funnel.

We are looking for an experienced Sr Marketing Analyst who can leverage their analytical skills to drive business growth and improve marketing performance.

Sr Marketing Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Auditing current and prospective clients' marketing performance
  • Reviewing marketing-level KPIs such as CPS CVR CAC etc
  • Diagnosing main business issues holding brands back from growing
  • Developing and implementing Modern Measurement techniques Marketing Mix Modeling Match Market Testing and other statistically-driven solutions
  • Determining growth constraints and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Proposing recommendations to optimize the marketing program
