The Front of House (FOH) Training Head is a critical role within HR TechX Corp. that requires exceptional leadership skills to develop, implement, and manage training programs for FOH teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of skills gaps and performance challenges within the FOH team, utilizing data from performance reviews, customer feedback, and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Training Design and Career Planning: Develop structured training programs for all FOH roles, including new hires, existing staff, and leadership, to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their positions.
  • Training Administration and Evaluation: Oversee training logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution and effective evaluation of training initiatives.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Implement and manage an LMS to track employee progress, provide access to training resources, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Certification and Audit for FOH Operations: Develop and manage certification programs for FOH staff, focusing on service excellence, health and safety, and product knowledge, to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Training Programs: Stay up-to-date with emerging training methods and technologies, such as gamification, VR, and mobile learning, to continuously enhance and innovate training programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within FOH Operations or a similar position in the hospitality or restaurant industry, ideally with experience in top hotel chains or renowned restaurants.
  • Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis, develop training modules, and design instructional programs.
  • Skilled in strategic analysis, identifying issues, and implementing effective action plans to address challenges.
