Project Manager of Excellence

You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of project lifecycle, from inception to completion.

  • Manage project budgets, communicate progress to clients, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure timely completion while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines is essential in delivering exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of experience in marketing research, preferably in healthcare data collections. Proficiency in Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Word skills are also crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project documentation, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings to review materials, finalize requirements, and determine timelines.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status and make adjustments as needed.
  • Evaluate panelists' performance, ensure timely incentive payments, and deliver financial metrics for billing and invoicing.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collections
Decipher or similar platform proficiency, Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Word skills
Possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
