Content Manager

  7. Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and industry best practices, remaining at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ year of experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a proven track record of success in creating engaging content and building strong relationships.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing relationships between brands and talent, with the ability to navigate complex dynamics and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  3. Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  4. Solid understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and resonate with diverse audiences.
  5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  6. Familiarity with content analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms (a plus), with the ability to leverage data and technology to drive business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with influencers, agencies, or brand partnerships, with a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry.
  2. Knowledge of social media trends and emerging influencer platforms, with the ability to stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing landscapes.
  3. Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
