  • High availability and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Serving a minimum of 1 million customers.
  • Processing a minimum of 1 million events per day.
  • Payment processing, predominantly payment card and EFT.
  • Diversity of user communication channels, including call center, web services, social media, and mobile apps.
  • Compliance with PCI-DSS and cybersecurity standards.
