Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Lead to join our team at OCTO CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION. As an Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

About You:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • You have 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management and infrastructure development
  • You have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills
  • You are familiar with quantity surveying, project supervision, costing, and AutoCAD software

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates and project evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
