We're counting on your distinctive voice and perspective to contribute to our ongoing improvement. As a developer working in the GDS Consulting team within the Digital & Emerging team, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement cutting-edge sustainability solutions for clients on a global scale in Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud.

Your role involves leveraging your expertise to ensure these solutions align with industry best practices and deliver tangible value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create efficient data models and logical relationships to drive business growth through Model Driven Apps.
  • Customize Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) solutions to meet specific client needs and address industry challenges.
  • Design engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize sustainability data and track progress towards goals.
  • Develop and maintain KPI models to measure and track key performance indicators for our sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven background as a Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud developer or equivalent development role.
  • In-depth understanding of data modeling principles and experience designing efficient data models in Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Strong coding experience in Model Driven App Development including Plugin Development, PCF component, Ribbon Customization, FetchXML and XRM APIs.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a professional services background.
