Product Packaging Developer Role

This role involves developing product packaging solutions in collaboration with the Creative team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include creating functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging solutions, adapting existing designs across formats and sizes, and maintaining brand guidelines.

  • Develop consistent print-ready artwork alongside the Compliance team.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs for various product lines.
  • Support the development of new packaging assets to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Product Development and Compliance teams to create new and updated packaging that aligns with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for DTC and Retail is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
