About the Position

ClickUp is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our product's technical features. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflow, compile relevant information, test local steps, and determine how to achieve their desired outcome.

We are looking for someone who can communicate complex technical problems in a clear and concise manner, adjusting their language to suit different audiences. This includes explaining technical issues to developers and simplifying them for end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer premium technical support on the ClickUp platform.
  • Perform extensive troubleshooting and testing for our customer base.
  • Promote product improvement through detailed bug and enhancement reports.
  • Support team growth by participating in internal communication tools and documentation.
  • Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional customer experiences, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive solutions.
