Lead Data Analyst

Overview: This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making. They will also work closely with senior management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions, including financial budgeting and forecasting models.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity. They will also design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.

Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate solutions clearly.
  • High proficiency in Power BI, SQL (complex queries, database setup & mapping), and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
