Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for a challenging project in Manila. The successful candidate will oversee construction activities related to the Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Sanitation (MEFPS) trades, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise MEFPS trade contractors to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning to verify compliance with established standards, specifications, and methodologies.
  • Implement total quality work processes and adhere to health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Coordinate with designers and consultants to address site conditions, design challenges, and modifications.
  • Participate in technical coordination meetings with contractors and utility providers, resolving on-site implementation issues efficiently.
