Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive professional to join our team as a Nurse Recruiter. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of sourcing top nursing talent for travel, acute care, and ambulatory assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify qualified nurses for various healthcare settings
  • Screen candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria (ICU, ER, OR, etc.)
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards
  • Utilize ATS platforms for Boolean searches, pipeline tracking, and engagement
  • Submit qualified candidates with complete documentation
Schedule

The successful candidate will work Monday–Thursday, 8AM – 6PM EST, and Friday, 8 AM – 5PM EST. They will also work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in nurse recruitment or a related field (travel nursing or acute care preferred)
  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
