Job Description:

As a Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in performing system administration support and assistance for period closing activities using the Financial Systems platform. This includes facilitating assignment and resolution of ServiceNow tickets, user support, and guiding users through technical issues.

You will also be responsible for maintaining database integrity through data validations and reviews, conducting quarterly user access security reviews to ensure users have the appropriate permissions and privileges based on their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-3 years of corporate accounting and/or financial analysis experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong aptitude for applications and systems
  • Experience in OneStream, Cadency, Blackline, Longview, PowerBI, and/or ticketing tools
  • Proficient use of MS Office (expert in Excel) and knowledge of MS Power Platform and VBA
  • Knowledge of basic coding (Python)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
